If you have a new RewardWorks user who receives a permissions error when they try to open the RewardWorks software on their computer, then they need to be added as a user in your RewardWorks environment. This can be done by anyone who has either Administrator or Controller permissions in the software.

  1. In RewardWorks,click on the Tools menu and then choose  Manage Users

  2. Click on the drop down menu Source. Select the name of your network.

  3. Find and select the user in the Unassigned Users window and then click the Add User button. Under Roles, put a check in the box for the desired level of access. Click OK.

    Note: If you can't find the user on the list just manually add the domain user included on the error message by clicking the Manual button located on the lower left side of the screen
